The agreement was signed by EXPO Commissioner and Minister of Domestic and Foreign Trade Jagoda Lazarevic, Director of the EXPO 2027 company Danilo Jerinic, and Commissioner of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s section for EXPO 2027, Rakan Tarabzoni.
This agreement will enable the implementation of further operational steps in organizing Saudi Arabia’s participation in the upcoming specialized exhibition in Belgrade.
Prior to signing the agreement, the Saudi Arabian delegation toured the EXPO playground area located at the Belgrade Fair, after which they held a meeting with the Serbian delegation.
The specialized exhibition EXPO 2027 will be held in Belgrade from May 15th to August 15th, 2027, under the theme “Play for Humanity – Sport and Music for All.”
More than 130 countries have confirmed their participation in the exhibition so far.
